Role Overview:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring they feel safe and supported. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the care team to meet the unique needs of each client and help maintain their independence. Whether you work part-time during the week or on weekends, you'll have the flexibility to make a real difference in the lives of those you support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene. Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Offer companion care and engage clients in meaningful activities. Remind clients to take medications as prescribed. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks. Provide transportation assistance to appointments or activities. Offer respite care for family caregivers when needed. Deliver specialized support for veterans and seniors.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassion for helping others and a commitment to quality care. Excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Reliability and dependability in fulfilling scheduled shifts. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends. Experience in home care or a related field is a plus.

Bonus If You:

Have certification as a Home Health Aide or similar credential. Are familiar with specialized programs for veterans or seniors. Possess knowledge of first aid and CPR.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability required throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only at our Home Helpers location in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
