• Provide care and support to children after the school day is over.
• Create and implement engaging activities that promote physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
• Assist with behavior management and discipline techniques to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Offer organized games, ideas for play, or tutoring services based on individual skills and interests.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a professional setting, such as early childhood education, daycare, or tutoring.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
