In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, and hardscape features through skilled use of hand tools, power equipment, and landscaping techniques. Your dedication will ensure safe, beautiful environments that clients and communities can enjoy year-round. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in grounds maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Work schedule Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently and safely Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers or new greenery Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or hazards and address them promptly Experience Previous outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, grounds maintenance equipment operation, and basic repairs Familiarity with safety protocols for pesticide application, equipment use, and outdoor work environments Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces through gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance activities
