## Job Summary Alamade Care Professionals LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Care Professional to provide in-home personal support services for 23-year-old twin brothers diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position requires an individual who is patient, reliable, and confident supporting individuals who may exhibit behavioral challenges. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including: Bathing Dressing and grooming Toileting and incontinence care Personal hygiene Assist with mobility and transfers as needed. Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration. Perform light housekeeping related to the clients' care. Provide supervision to ensure safety within the home. Use positive behavior support techniques and remain calm during behavioral situations. Document daily services accurately and professionally. Maintain the dignity, privacy, and rights of each individual at all times. Qualifications Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism preferred. Experience managing behavioral challenges is highly preferred. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening. Dependable, compassionate, and professional. Willing to work every
