Qualifications:

Access to transportation with insurance and valid driver's license
At least 1 year of experience
High school Diploma
Employer conducts a Level II background check
Employer conducts drug test and motor vehicle record check Companion/Personal Support
Provide non-medical care, supervision and socialization to mentor clients with developmental disabilities, helping them access the community (outings) learn independent living skills and reduce social isolation.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilitating community-based activities (e.g., shopping, recreation, appointments). Ensuring the client's safety and emotional well-being. Providing meaningful conversation and social engagement. Documenting daily progress notes and incident reports per guidelines
