IRS 1099
form and will be responsible for own withholding taxes. Requirements One year of experience Level 2 background check Access to transportation No minimum education required. Responsibilities Provide around the clock supervision for dementia patient. Provide companionship and assistance with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, and run errands. Work from 8a-8p for 2-3 days (Friday and Sunday and possible Tuesday if third day is wanted). Employer assists clients with finding long-term permanent caregivers who are part of a team providing continuity of care.
