What You'll Do Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Support safe movement, transfers, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands Provide companionship, presence is part of the job Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising RN Document care accurately and on time What You Bring Minimum 2 years of documented home care or caregiving experience CNA license or HHA Certification in state of Florida CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before first shift) Reliable transportation within Miami-Dade or Monroe County Ability to assist clients up to 150+ lbs English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Clear AHCA Level 2 background check What We Offer $20-$23/hour W-2 — vs. the Florida franchise average of $11.61 In-person RN-led orientation and client introduction before your first shift Virtual onboarding and training you complete on your schedule Fully paperless scheduling, communication, and daily task management through AxisCare — a mobile app built for caregivers A company that selected you, not just hired you Applications without a resume and documented caregiving experience will not advance. allaround Concierge Care is an equal opportunity employer.
