Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support safe mobility, transfers, and daily exercises Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and document vital signs and health observations Maintain confidentiality and accurate records Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask and work well within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills No previous PCA experience required - just a willingness to learn Why Join Our Team?
