Full-Time Special Needs Nanny (RBT Preferred) — Fort Lauderdale, FL A private Fort Lauderdale family is seeking an experienced, compassionate full-time nanny for their two daughters, both on the autism spectrum (one non-verbal). This is a meaningful, long-term role for a caregiver who understands neurodiversity, thrives on structure and routine, and genuinely delights in supporting children with autism as they learn, grow, and communicate in their own way. We're looking for someone patient, energetic, and consistent — a nanny who can partner closely with the family's clinical team (BCBA, speech, and occupational therapists) and carry therapeutic strategies into everyday life.
