Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether on-site in Fort Walton Beach, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with the people you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home support services to clients, maintaining their dignity and independence. Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Document and communicate client progress and any concerns to the administrative team promptly. Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to enhance their quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills/qualifications. Experience in caregiving or related fields, preferably in a home care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion for the elderly, disabled, and individuals in need of assistance. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Level 2 background fingerprinting CNA/HHA certification CPR and First Aid certification.

Bonus If You:

Can drive/travel to surrounding cities if needed per client location Are bilingual, particularly in Spanish, to enhance communication with diverse clients. Possess specialized training in Alzheimer's or dementia care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time position with availability throughout the week, including weekends.
