Responsibilities and Duties

• Medication management and assistance with self administration of medications
• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide specialized healthcare such as assisting with administering medication
• Light housekeeping Qualifications and Skills
• Med-Tech certified a plus but not required
• Must be truly compassionate for patients
• Must be have good work ethic and maximize time to accomplish all tasks
• Must be ready willing and able to assist with any task requested by resident or supervisor
• Must be able to perform housekeeping duties
• Must have flexible schedule
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Must have previous ALF experience
• Must be able to pass background check
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
