Responsibilities Assist with meal planning Provide support with budgeting Accompany and assist the client with medical appointments, including transportation as needed. Assist with grocery shopping and other necessary errands. Accompany the client to community activities, appointments, social events, and recreational activities. Provide companionship and encouragement while promoting the client's independence and participation in the community. Provide transportation for the client using the caregiver's personal vehicle. Requirements Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening. Must have current CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain certification. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Must have valid car insurance. Ability to work independently and follow the client's individualized needs and schedule. Previous caregiving, companion care, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
