Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the medical office or facility. Support residents and promote independence and dignity. Experience Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable. Experience in assisted living environments will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
