Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks. Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Provide medication reminders as directed by the client or family. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior Maintain accurate and timely care documentation. Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors. Reliable transportation to shifts. Must pass required background checks and meet applicable state requirements. Schedule Schedules may include part-time, full-time, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or PRN work, depending on client needs. We will work with you to determine your preferred schedule! Compensation Though we have a base range, pay can increase based on additional qualifications/certifications, schedule incentives, and specific client assignments.
