We are seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate Private Caregiver to provide daily support for our wonderful elderly mother living at the beautiful community of The Palms of Largo . You will join a supportive team of two other caregivers, focusing on helping her maintain her dignity, comfort, and safety in her own apartment. What You Will Do Personal Care & Support:

Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily personal-care needs to keep her safe and comfortable.

Companionship & Outings:

Drive and accompany her to shopping, doctors' appointments, and fun outings using your vehicle.

Daily Well-being:

Prepare delicious meals, handle light housekeeping, manage laundry, and help keep track of prescription refills.

Pet Care:

Take her sweet, small Yorkie for regular daily walks.

Schedule & Predictable Hours Hours:

Approximately 32 hours per week (Set, predictable schedule).

Shifts:

A mix of daytime shifts ( 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM ) and evening shifts ( 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM ). ✔️

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Strong background caring for older adults, with an empathetic, understanding approach.

Mobility Support:

Ability to safely assist a client with an unsteady gait, including the physical capability to reach, bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record.

Compliance:

High school diploma (preferred), ability to pass a mandatory Criminal Background Check, and strict adherence to the facility's non-smoking policy (no drug use).

Proximity:
