•Home Care Caregiver Description Looking for an experienced caregiver for a client in Monticello, FL. Please read description carefully before applying. This is for 30-40 hours a week. Days and times listed below. 2 hour (unpaid) break with longer shifts and there is a room there on property for you to have the break. Tuesdays 9a-7p and 9p-7a(unpaid break from 7p-9pm on site) Friday 9a-7p Saturdays 9a-7p and 9p-7a (unpaid break from 7p-9pm on site) Patient uses hoyer lift, electric chair. Personal care, housekeeping, meals and errands. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, hospitals, and home community care environments. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication assistance. Lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas to promote a safe environment. Document patient information accurately in electronic health systems as required. Experience Previous experience as a CNA/HHA or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Experience in assisted living or home community care settings is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are essential. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
