Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Med Techs to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to residents in a personal care home or long-term care facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. These roles are pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting with daily activities and fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide direct support to residents with behavioral management needs, promoting positive interactions and engagement. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety protocols. Document resident care activities accurately and report any changes in health or behavior to nursing staff. Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events to enhance their quality of life. Support residents with mobility and transportation needs within the facility. Assistance with self administration of medication Experience Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles within home community care, personal care homes, or nursing homes is preferred.
