We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate female staff to provide 1:1 support to an individual receiving services in the Port Richey area .

Position Details:

Port Richey, FL 1:1 support 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM 5 days per week Consistent, long-term position The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Responsibilities may include providing supervision and support with daily living needs, maintaining a safe environment, and following the individual's established support plan and agency guidelines.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, healthcare, childcare, or a related setting preferred Must be able to successfully complete required APD/agency background screening Must be willing to complete required APD training and agency onboarding Reliable attendance and transportation required Car Insurance/Registration is required for vehicle. We are looking for someone who is consistent, trustworthy, and genuinely interested in providing quality 1:1 support.
