PLEASE READ...Community CareSource LLC is looking for a compassionate Young SPIRITED and dedicated Home Health Care and Companion to join our growing team in New Port Richey, FL. This rewarding role puts you at the heart of our mission — providing meaningful support and genuine companionship to a 30 year old male who loves sports and playing video games with his companion If you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance/promoting including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Previous experience in home health care, caregiving, or a related field preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor Ability to pass a background check and High School Diploma CPR/First Aid certification preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including 8am for appointments/ Normal Schedule is Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
