Our community is seeking Med Tech for our 6am-2pm We are seeking Caregivers For our Assisted Living Facility to become a part of our team! Facility is seeking EXPERIENCED and
QUALIFIED
applicants for this position. We are looking for experienced and qualified applicants to build a great team for our assisted living operation, we are looking for long-term loyal employees who will stay and grow with us. Responsibilities and Duties- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare such as assisting with administering medication
- Light housekeeping Qualifications and Skills
- Med-Tech certified a plus but not required
- Must be truly compassionate for patients
- Must be have good work ethic and maximize time to accomplish all tasks
- Must be ready willing and able to assist with any task requested by resident or supervisor
- Must be able to perform housekeeping duties
- Must have flexible schedule
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Must have previous ALF experience
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
