Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Companion Care professionals to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in various care settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, home health, or assisted living environments, with a focus on enhancing quality of life through attentive and respectful caregiving. As a Companion Care provider, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for those you serve by offering personalized assistance, engaging activities, and compassionate support. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals promptly. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being. Transport customer to various community events Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining proper hygiene standards. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing living spaces. Collaborate with healthcare teams, social workers, and family members to deliver comprehensive home or community-based care. Requirements Reliable transportation Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach toward clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain professionalism at all times in compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards. Ability to pass a level 2 background screening. Updated car insurance and registration.

From $15.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
