Experienced Resident Caregiver (Overnight Shift) Trusted to Care When Others Are Sleeping. Overnight caregivers provide more than care—they provide peace of mind.

The overnight shift requires an experienced caregiver who communicates effectively, works confidently with minimal supervision, and exercises sound judgment when unexpected situations arise. If you're dependable, calm under pressure, and take ownership of your work, you'll play an essential role in keeping our residents safe and comfortable throughout the night. How You'll Make a Difference As an Overnight Resident Caregiver, you'll: Assist residents with toileting, mobility, repositioning, hygiene, and other overnight care needs. Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to call lights and emergencies. Communicate observations clearly and accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care between shifts. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition. Maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a safe, quiet, and secure environment. Build trust with residents through compassion, patience, and professionalism. Take pride in providing exceptional care, even when no one is watching. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or home health preferred. Previous overnight caregiving experience is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
