Direct Care Staff — Day Shift Aegis Care Services | $15.00 per Hour 8:30 AM-8:30 PM | Two Weekend Shifts per Month Required Aegis Care Services is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to support adults with developmental and behavioral disabilities in our residential group homes. Position Details Shift:

12-hour day shifts, 8:30 AM-8:30

PM Weekend Requirement:

Must work at least two weekend shifts per month on Saturdays and/or

Sundays Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Start Date:

Hiring immediately Responsibilities Provide attentive care and supervision while supporting residents' dignity, safety, and independence. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily living needs. Administer medications after completing required training and authorization. Prepare balanced meals and assist residents with meals as needed. Maintain a clean, organized home and encourage residents to participate in household tasks. Transport residents to appointments, activities, and community outings, as assigned. Support recreational activities and community participation. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Promptly report changes in residents' health, behavior, or safety to management. Follow care plans, company policies, and assigned schedules. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to pass required Level 2 and local background screenings Valid Florida driver's license for duties involving resident transportation Compassion, patience, and the ability to support individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a commitment to teamwork Availability for 8:30 AM-8:30 PM shifts, including at least two weekend shifts each month Preferred, but not required: RBT, CNA, or Home Health Aide training Why Join Aegis Care Services?
