Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties Provide home community care to individuals in need Assist with meal preparation and feeding Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism Maintain a clean and organized living environment Utilize social work skills to engage and support clients Provide home care services including dementia care Assist individuals with lifting and mobility Deliver home health services as needed Requirements Experience in home care or a related field is preferred Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and patience in caring for others Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility tasks Certification in caregiving or willingness to undergo training
