Company Overview Jones Unique Group Home Inc is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services tailored to the needs of Adult Persons with Disabilities requiring specialized support. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through compassionate and professional caregiving. Summary Must have 3-5 years CURRENT Group Home Experience and all APD required certifications. Must have reliable transportation. Hours are 3-11pm, M-F. Overtime may be available. We are seeking a dedicated In Home Caregiver with Group Home experience to join our team at Jones Unique Group Home Inc. This role is essential in delivering personalized care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients regularly. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Keeping facility clean and sanitized. Assist clients with hygiene, meals, toileting, Adult Daily Life Skills. Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with Support Coordinators and ADP Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are upheld at all times. Observe and report any changes in client conditions or behaviors promptly. Must have Current Medication Validation/Administration Certificate. Requirements Proven experience in caring for Adults with Disabilities or a related field is highly preferred. Current Group Home experience is a must. MUST have all documentation required to work in a Group Home setting that are set by APD standards. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families. Ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs. Must have reliable transportation. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing client quality of life.
