Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide patient care while ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition. Maintain cleanliness in the living environment, including light housekeeping tasks. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Medication Reminder Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Support individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care needs. Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary. Skills CPR certification required Two years' Experience in home health, hospice care, or long-term care settings is a plus. Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status. Ability to assisting clients with mobility challenges. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of direct support principles and practices related to senior care. A compassionate approach to caregiving that prioritizes the dignity and respect of each client.
