Job Description

Pineapple Garden Assisted Living is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible Caregiver/Resident Assistant to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

Availability Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends. Must be willing to cover call-outs and open shifts as needed.

Shifts may include:

6:00 AM

1:00 PM 7:00 AM
3:00 PM 1:00 PM
8:00

PM Position Details:

PRN availability only at this time. Additional hours may become available based on attendance, performance, and facility needs. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work hours and the opportunity to grow within our facility.

Requirements:

Dependable and punctual. Compassionate and patient with elderly residents. Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living. Must pass all required background screenings and onboarding requirements.

Training Requirements:

All newly hired employees will have 30 days from their hire date to complete all mandatory training courses required by the State of Florida and Pineapple Garden Assisted Living. Failure to complete required training within the allotted timeframe may result in removal from the schedule or termination of employment.
