Available Shifts May Include 6:00 AM-1:00 PM 7:00 AM-3:00 PM 1:00 PM-8:00 PM Position Details We are currently hiring for both part-time and PRN positions. Part-time employees may receive regularly scheduled shifts based on their availability and the facility's staffing needs. PRN employees will work on an as-needed basis, and regular or guaranteed hours are not available. Additional hours may become available based on attendance, performance, availability, and facility needs. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work hours and an opportunity to grow within our facility. Requirements Dependable and punctual. Compassionate and patient when working with elderly residents. Able to assist residents with activities of daily living. Able to follow resident care plans and facility procedures. Must successfully complete all required background screenings and onboarding requirements. Training Requirements All newly hired employees will have 30 days from their hire date to complete the mandatory training courses required by the State of Florida and Pineapple Garden Assisted Living. Failure to complete the required training within the allotted timeframe may result in removal from the schedule or termination of employment.
