Join our compassionate team as a Part-Time Caregiver, Homemaker, or Home Health Aide (HHA), where your dedication makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. In this vital role, you'll provide personalized care and support to individuals in their home environments, promoting independence, safety, and comfort. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to work closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through attentive, respectful caregiving. Responsibilities Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment Assist with safe mobility and standby support Provide companionship and social engagement Promote client safety, dignity, and independence Run errands and grocery shopping Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document care activities and patient information securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations Follow home care regulations and safety procedures during all caregiving activities Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times and communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure personalized care plans are met Qualifications Non-smoker Compassionate, dependable, and professional Valid Florida Driver's License Reliable insured vehicle Current auto insurance CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Level II Background Screening Excellent communication skills Experience working with clients who have mobility limitations preferred Must be reliable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
