You might be exactly who we're looking for. At First Coast Senior Care , we work with some pretty amazing older adults who are still largely independent. They don't need help with bathing or toileting. They simply need a little extra support to continue living well, staying active, and enjoying life at home. You don't need professional caregiving experience. Maybe you've raised a family, helped an aging parent, worked with people your entire career, or you're simply the kind of person who is dependable, capable, and enjoys being around older adults. A typical day might include heading out for lunch, taking a walk, preparing a meal together, driving to an appointment, playing cards, working on a project, doing some light housekeeping, or just sharing great conversation. Our approach focuses on helping older adults continue to: MOVE — Stay active THINK — Keep their minds engaged CONNECT — Enjoy meaningful relationships PURPOSE — Keep doing things that make life meaningful We're especially interested in people who are dependable, engaging, take initiative, and understand that when a senior is counting on you, showing up matters. Our minimum scheduled shift is 4 hours , with longer shifts and additional hours available.
