Duties Offer companionship and emotional support to residents or clients, fostering a warm and engaging environment Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Follow care plans meticulously while communicating any concerns or observations to healthcare professionals or family members Requirements Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training, and knowledge of medication administration are advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams Demonstrated understanding of care plans and patient safety protocols Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others Join us in providing exceptional home health care that emphasizes dignity, respect, and personalized support.
