You will assist clients with their nighttime routines, provide supervision and support throughout the night, and help them begin their morning safely. Your presence provides comfort and peace of mind to clients and their families. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with nighttime and morning routines, including toileting, changing, grooming, and getting into or out of bed Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Providing overnight supervision, companionship, and reassurance Preparing light meals, snacks, or breakfast when needed Maintaining a clean, calm, and safe environment throughout the night Responding promptly when clients need assistance Documenting care and reporting concerns or changes in condition to the care team What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Experienced in caregiving, especially in-home or senior care Dependable, trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable working overnight Alert and attentive throughout the entire shift A clear communicator with strong English-language skills Kind, compassionate, patient, and respectful Committed to protecting each client's dignity and independence Requirements CPR and BLS certification Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening At least 21 years of age Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license Home Health Aide certificate Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and fall-risk prevention
