DIRECT CARE PROFESSIONAL

Sarasota, Florida Area Suzie Q's Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable, mature, and firm Live-In Direct Care Professional to provide support for two female clients in the Sarasota area. We are looking for someone who can be firm, consistent, patient, and professional while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable setting appropriate boundaries, following established routines, and providing clear redirection when needed .

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) Providing supervision and maintaining safety Meal preparation and light housekeeping Community outings and activities Following clients' support plans and daily routines Providing appropriate redirection and maintaining boundaries Completing required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

Must be reliable and dependable Must have a firm but caring personality Must be able to work effectively with two female clients Must complete all required APD training/background screening Must have reliable transportation Previous direct-care experience preferred This is a LIVE-IN position in the Sarasota area. $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per week
