• Sun City Center, FL Cypress Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team .

Schedule Shift:

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM
• 7:00 PM / Night Shift 7:00 PM
• 7:00AM ✔ 12-hour shifts ✔ Only 3 shifts per week ✔ 4 days off each week ✔ Every other weekend required Our community maintains a low resident-to-staff ratio , allowing caregivers to provide attentive, quality care to residents.

What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility and transfers (must be physically able to safely transfer residents) Provide incontinence care while maintaining dignity and respect Assist residents during mealtimes , including serving meals and feeding when needed Provide light housekeeping and laundry related to resident care Monitor residents and report any changes in condition or behavior to the supervisor Follow each resident's individualized care plan Requirements Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening Previous experience required (assisted living, home health, or hospital setting) Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff Compassion and patience when working with the elderly population Must meet health requirements , including TB screening Successfully complete required ALF training
