Weekday:

Errands, Appointment Transportation, Meals, light housekeeping of shared spaces Medication prompting and record-keeping Companionship Sundowning redirection Diabetic Meal planning Digital Weekly event logs Proper escalation when needed Fall prevention / recovery Encourage 10 pm Quiet Time Discourage diabetic- inappropriate foods Schedule 8 am to 8 pm shift with 1.5 hr break (up to 2 additional hours break if prior night had significant Sundowning disruption) Evenings on-call 10 pm Quiet Time Compensation and Requirements W2 Payroll Professional Liability Insurance CNA Credential Process Initial phone interview to discuss job requirements Client phone interview to judge fit Further candidates will be required to complete background screening, provide valid proof of identification, fill out onboarding documentation, and provide proof of credentials, and professional liability insurance.
