Go to our website https://master-caregivers.com We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/Companions to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and providing companionship. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
  • Follow all resident rights policies and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or companion is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as transferring clients
  • Familiarity with hospice care principles is beneficial
  • Experience in childcare or assisted living is a bonus
