Full job description We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in accordance with an established Support Plan. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow disabled persons to remain in their homes. Responsibilities for a provider is to assist individuals in their homes with activities of daily living while also assisting to meet their goals.

Responsibilities include:

Complete daily living skills Attend medical appointments Assistance with bed-bath/repositioning/Dressing Changing Pull-ups Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation. Feeding Housekeeping/Laundry/Organizing Cooking Shopping Observation Documentation Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects or assist with transfers as required. Skills Caring and compassionate personality Five year of experience (required) High school degree or equivalent (required to provide copy) CNA Certificate Current CPR certificate (MUST be from American Heart Association, American Red Cross and American Safety & Health Institute ONLY) First Aid training Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
