Job Description

Resident Assistant (Full-Time) Serious inquiries only. Satilla Bluffs Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and consistent work history who are committed to providing exceptional care to our senior residents. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where residents can maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life. Our team demonstrates genuine respect and compassion for every resident we serve.
Available Shifts Full-Time:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Full-Time:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Monitor residents' health, including checking vital signs and reporting concerns to nursing staff Assist residents with mobility and transportation within the community Maintain accurate records of care provided Communicate effectively with team members regarding resident needs Participate in training sessions and staff meetings Support memory care programs by engaging residents in meaningful activities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required CNA certification preferred but not required Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred (especially in long-term care or memory care) Strong understanding of caregiving practices and senior care environments Ability to follow policies and procedures and comply with federal, state, and local regulations Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner Ability to recognize and report changes in vital signs or resident condition Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and truly care about improving the quality of life for seniors.
