Job Overview We are a Georgia-licensed Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) opening soon and currently accepting applications for Sitters / Companion Caregivers . These positions are for upcoming client placements and are ideal for individuals who enjoy providing companionship, supervision, and non-hands-on support in a home setting. This role does not include skilled or medical care. Responsibilities Provide companionship and supervision Ensure client safety and comfort Assist with light housekeeping related to client care Meal preparation and snack assistance Engage clients in conversation and activities Observe and report changes in client condition Follow agency policies and client service plans Complete visit documentation and time records Requirements Must be 18 years or older Current TB test CPR and First Aid Ability to pass a Georgia criminal background check Reliable transportation Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor Experience as a sitter, companion, or caregiver preferred (not required) Schedule Flexible scheduling Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available as services begin Why Work With Us Flexible schedules Supportive management Opportunity to join a growing agency at launch Meaningful work providing companionship and safety
