Job Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Private Caregiver based in Calhoun, GA. The Caregiver will assist with daily living activities such as toileting (bowel program every-other day), daily bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for a 40 year old male quadriplegic. Position is Monday
- Friday, mornings which start about 9am and a total of 5 hours each day.
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, providing personal care, and assistance is a plus but not required.
- ability to lift 50
- 75 lbs
- will not be required to manually transfer, a hoyer lift is utilized.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to listen and follow directions.
- Ability to handle light housekeeping, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. and meal preparation.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- No experience needed. Willing to train the right person.
