Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 12 hours/week

This Wednesday Client Needs:

Our 92-year-old male client is ambulatory with a walker and requires: Side-by-side assistance with mobility Fall-risk supervision Medication reminders Companionship and general support

Pets:

Two dogs in the home; both will be crated during the shift.

Qualifications:

SSN , CPR/1st Aid Certificate , Driver's License, CNA or PCA Certificate , and TB Test valid within a year Must have done a fingerprint already and has existing profile in Gchexs.
