ASMART Home Care Services is urgently seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home assistance to a client in Conyers, Georgia. This is a consistent, ongoing 30-hour-per-week position. Applicants must be available and able to commit to the complete three-day schedule.

Saturday:

8:00 AM-6:00

PM Sunday:

8:00 AM-6:00

PM Monday:

7:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Safely assist with transfers and mobility Properly operate a Hoyer lift Take and accurately document vital signs Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed Provide companionship and supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow the client's care plan and agency procedures Complete all required visit documentation Communicate promptly with the agency regarding changes or concerns Arrive on time and remain for the entire scheduled shift

Required Qualifications:

Previous professional caregiving, CNA, DSP, home care, or direct-care experience Experience using a Hoyer lift Experience assisting with transfers and activities of daily living Ability to take and document vital signs Current CPR and First Aid certification Georgia background check and fingerprinting already completed within the past 12 months Ability to provide documentation showing completion of the background check and fingerprinting Reliable transportation to and from the client's home Valid government-issued identification and authorization to work in the United States Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care Ability to consistently work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday every week Please do not apply unless you already have a completed background check and fingerprinting and can commit to all three scheduled days.
