Job Summary Affluent Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Caregivers to provide quality in-home support to clients. As a member of our care team, you will assist clients with daily activities while helping them maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes. We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, respectful, observant, and committed to providing excellent client-centered care. Responsibilities Follow each client's individualized care plan. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as assigned. Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and approved light household duties. Take and document vital signs when assigned. Observe clients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Complete required care documentation accurately and on time. Maintain client privacy, safety, dignity, and confidentiality. Follow Affluent Healthcare policies, procedures, and infection-control practices.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Previous personal care, home care, home health, or caregiving experience. PCA, HHA, or comparable caregiver training/certification as applicable. Current in-person CPR/First Aid or BLS certification. Current TB screening/PPD or acceptable chest X-ray documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to successfully complete required background screening. Proof of authorization to work in the United States. Basic smartphone/computer skills for electronic documentation. Ability to provide professional references. Must be dependable, punctual, compassionate, patient, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience as a CNA. Two or more years of home care, home health, personal care, or related caregiving experience.
