Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for residents requiring support with daily activities and health management. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will work closely with the residents to promote safety, and well-being in a comfortable home environment. Your energetic approach and attentive nature will ensure residents receive personalized, respectful care that enhances their quality of life. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical documentation Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and documentation Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, cooking nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs, and overall home health care assistance Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed Certification in first aid and CPR Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; flexibility to work long hours in a live-in capacity (24/7 with flexibility).
