Resident Care Providers - FT, PT, PRN Country Village Senior Living Join our compassionate team at Country Village, where we are committed to creating a warm, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents. We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Resident Care Providers for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions on all shifts. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and support light housekeeping tasks as needed. Engage residents in activities, conversation, and social programs to promote well-being and connection. Deliver meal trays, assist residents with feeding as needed, and help with dining room setup. Respond promptly to call lights and provide patient, compassionate assistance. Observe and monitor residents' overall well-being and promptly report changes to nursing or supervisory staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in senior living, home care, or caregiving is preferred but not required—we provide training. Ability to perform hands-on caregiving tasks with compassion, patience, and reliability. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
