Most care assignments are full-day weekday shifts, typically around 7-10 hours , such as: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM 8:00 AM-3/6:00 PM 9:00 AM-5:00PM We ask caregivers to offer at least 2 weekdays of availability , but you can choose which weekdays work best with your schedule. And if you want to work on the weekends, we have Saturday and Sunday shifts available as well! You'll have opportunities to support different families while gaining experience with children of different ages and personalities. Childcare Opportunities When supporting children and families, you may: Provide attentive and nurturing care Plan age-appropriate activities, games, reading, and play Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Maintain a safe and positive environment Communicate with parents about their child's day Adult Care Opportunities When supporting adult clients, you may: Provide companionship and conversation Assist with basic daily routines Prepare simple meals and snacks Provide reminders and general household support Accompany clients on errands or appointments when appropriate Help clients remain comfortable and supported in their home Assignments are matched based on your experience and the level of care requested. Pay Pay varies based on the assignment and care needs. $19/hour

• 1-2 dependents $20/hour
• 3 dependents $21/hour
• 4 dependents Additional rates may apply for certain assignments or care needs.
