Nursing Assistant/ Personal Care Assistant to join our team Monday through Friday 7-9am or 3:45-6:45pm Starting Immediately!

Provide patient care (MAY VARY) Tutoring Behavior redirection Play Pick up and drop off Provide companionship Assist with meal set up Maintain a clean and healthy environment Lyft 75-100 lbs (10 year old paraplegic) ​

Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and recognizing changes in condition, especially in dementia, Alzheimer's, or neurodevelopmental disorder cases Administer medication safely following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support clients during transfers using manual handling techniques or specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, patient observations, and updates to care plans Provide personal transportation assistance for appointments or community activities while ensuring safety at all times Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support, or senior care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and home health practices Proficiency in using patient transfer methods, Hoyer lifts, vital signs measurement, CPR, first aid, and manual handling techniques Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and ensure compliance during all aspects of care Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate personalized care plans Experience working with individuals with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued Capable of performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment for clients Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility needs while prioritizing safety Join us in delivering heartfelt caregiving that truly transforms lives!
