TCC CDA Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education Job Duties include (but not limited to): Providing a safe, nurturing, stimulating and secure learning environment Preparing lesson plans Monitor and record progress of children Hold parent/teacher conferences Attend training sessions required by the agency
