• Our Case Managers will work closely with a group of individuals with developmental disabilities in their own apartment.

You have the ability to make a positive impact on someone's life daily! You will help members with multiple areas of their life, from scheduling calendars, to cooking skills, medication management, doctor appointments, cleaning skills, etc. Staff will assist with monitoring behaviors, interpersonal skills, and document goals and progress. And of course social skills by

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk and take flights of stairs multiple times during the shift. Walking from one apartment to another is an everyday requirement. The employee is required to be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Flowery Branch, GA

• Shifts are Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 9pm
• Must pass drug test, fingerprinting, and background check
• Driving record will be required to be cleared for insurance
• Must be over 21 years of age
