Group Home Now Hiring! Longleaf Home Care is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dependable Direct Care Professional to join our group home team in Glennville, GA. We are looking for someone who has a genuine love of people, enjoys helping others, and is committed to providing respectful, person-centered care. Available Shifts 12:00 AM- 10:00 AM 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM
- Weekends 4:00 PM
- 12:00 AM Qualifications Compassionate, caring, and patient A genuine love of helping and supporting others Dependable and responsible High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write is required Valid, active driver's license is required Current CPR certification Current TB documentation Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to assist individuals with daily living needs and household activities Strong communication and documentation skills Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered support Assist individuals with activities of daily living Support individuals in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home Prepare meals and assist with household tasks as needed Provide transportation and community support when appropriate Complete required documentation accurately and timely Follow individual care plans, safety procedures, and company policies Encourage independence, dignity, choice, and community involvement Why Join Our Team?
